Dear NAITC 2016 participants,

Due to higher than anticipated registrations for NAITC 2016, our room block at the Wigwam Resort is sold out for Thursday night, June 23, and quickly approaching selling out for several of our other days. The Wigwam is taking a waiting list for rooms from our attendees and will let us know if more rooms become available, but at this point we have oversold our block and they have graciously granted all available rooms for our group – extending our original commitment by over 200 total room nights.

Overflow hotels are available within 5-10 minutes driving distance from the Wigwam Resort. None of the nearby hotels provide shuttles so a rental car would be necessary, although taxi service is available from a variety of companies. Note that often a rental car is less expensive than airport shuttle, especially if you are in a group that would be charged per individual for airport shuttle.

Rates are lowest if booking online via channels such as hotels.com, expedia.com, or tripadvisor.com. In our research, calling the hotels resulted in higher rates than what we were able to achieve online.
