ABSTRACT INFORMATION
'Tasty Tips for Taste Tests!'

The Taste Test Presentations will include information on how to administer taste tests, use of agricultural fruit and vegetable commodity fact sheets, and participation in a taste test. Participants will receive a set of CFAITC's Fact Sheets.

Mini-Workshop Session (activity should be easily demonstrated in 25 minutes and will be repeated 4 times on Friday)

Biosketch: Judy Culbertson, Executive Director of California Foundation for Agriculture in the Classroom, grew up on a fifth generation pear orchard in Courtland, a small town just outside of Sacramento. Judy attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business. Judy has been with Ag in the Classroom for more than 30 years and strives to teach California students and teachers where their food and fiber comes from.
