'Inspire, Innovate, and Ignite; An Ag Science Night of Collaboration' |
|
---|---|
Collaboration with community leaders and local businesses are an effective tool for schools to produce an environment with deeper learning and understanding. If student's parents are also added to the mix it promotes engagement and accountability. This presentation will focus on a new event that NCFB AITC is utilizing to promote hands-on Ag Science in elementary schools with the collaboration of Farm Bureau volunteer leaders, pre-service teachers, in-service teachers, and community leaders. When these groups of people come together in the same place at the same time an incredible memory is made in the eyes of the learner. Workshop Session (all workshops will be one hour) | |
