'MUSIC= Magical Ingredient for AG education ' |
|
---|---|
STOP, this is for everyone! The session addresses the power of composing songs/ singing for Ag education. We will share experiences of how we made teaching photosynthesis, economics, incubating chicken eggs, life cycle of plants, pollination, germination, and honey bees engaging and oh so much fun! We have found singing and writing songs a powerful learning tool that stimulates cognitive development and excitement in our learners. Noted AITC musician Kj Reimensynder-Wagner and Louisiana’s Ag teacher of the Year, Lisa Wiggins share songs and techniques that make music and Ag education the perfect pair.
