ABSTRACT INFORMATION
'Phenomena...Mahna mahna: Agroecosystems'

What does sustainable food production mean? Explore how we can strike a balance producing enough food to meet global demand and still protect the environment. With a lean toward middle and high school grade levels, this fast paced workshop will connect core science standards to agricultural phenomena. We will highlight the intersection between natural ecosystems and agroecosystems. We will link Next Generation Science Standards to National Agriculture Literacy Outcomes.
