Biosketch: | Tracey D. Troutman is a native of Rochelle, GA and a graduate of the University of Georgia where she received her Bachelor's degree in Avian Biology, and Master's in Agricultural Leadership, and currently serves as National Secretary for MANRRS. With nearly a decade in diversity and inclusion outreach at USDA in Washington, D.C., Tracey is passionate about ensuring the success of traditionally underserved and underrepresented groups, and looks forward to continued success in the diversity and inclusion arena. |
