ABSTRACT INFORMATION
'Think Outside the Box'

If you’ve ever felt different, if you’ve ever been low, if you don’t quite fit in, there’s a name you should know… Meet Dr. Temple Grandin, one of the world’s quirkiest science heroes! This session is packed with problem-solving activities, STEM, and ELA activities based on the book, “The Girl Who Thought in Pictures.” We will also connect other well-known agriculture inventors. Start by reading a simple picture book; and leave with a multitude of hands-on activities to teach students of all levels about the legendary Temple Grandin. Leave equipped to inspire ALL students to set goals and achieve them.
